- The design of each build in SDD will be reviewed by the team members who will be implementing that build instead of arbitrarily chosen team members. The purpose of this decision is to enhance communication between the designer and implementer, therefore ensure the quality of our software.

- Implementation Presentation on Week 12 will be presentation by Tim, Stephan, Eric and Ivan (Refer to meeting minutes for details of presentation).

- Everyone must be more active in logging hours worked on the project.
- The review response document can simply direct the reader to a certain version of the document, which implies that changes have already been made to the document in response to the review. This will also be added to the SQAP.
- Document maintainer will allocate the starting and ending time for a review. The reviewers will also have the opportunity to negotiate the review period. This will be added to the SQAP.
- Meeting minutes needs to go into the team folder along with the agenda.
- The minutes take must add decisions into the decision log.
