Is this wiki backed up regularly?
Yes. Currently the wiki is backed up twice a week.

Can I do experiments in this wiki?
Yes, conditionally. You are only allowed to experiment with wiki in your own page. To browse your own page, point your browser to index.php?title=User:{Login}, or simply click on My page in the sidebar.
